How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, 6–9 months is ideal — peak Tamil muhurtham dates go first. Newborn sessions should be booked in your third trimester so we can hold a flexible window around the due date. Birthdays and maternity sessions usually need 3–4 weeks.
What is the best age for a newborn shoot?
Day 6 to day 14. Babies are still deeply sleepy and retain the curled posture from the womb, which is what gives newborn portraits their signature look. We do photograph older babies too — from about 3 months we move to sitter and milestone sessions.
How do you keep newborn sessions safe?
A trained spotter stays within arm's reach for the entire session, the set is heated to 26–28°C, all props and wraps are sanitised between sessions, and any pose that looks unsupported is created as a composite in post-production — never held that way in real life.
Do you travel outside Madurai?
Yes. We regularly shoot in Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Rameswaram, Kodaikanal and destination weddings across India. Travel and accommodation are billed at actuals and quoted upfront.
How long until we receive our photographs?
A sneak peek within 48 hours, the full edited gallery in 10–15 days, cinematic teaser in 7 days, and printed albums 30–45 days after you finalise your selections.
What is the booking and payment process?
30% advance blocks your date, 40% on the shoot day, and the balance before final delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards, and issue a GST invoice.
Can we customise a package?
Almost every booking we take is customised. The published packages are starting points — tell us your functions, hours and deliverables and we will build a quote around them.
Do you provide raw or unedited files?
We deliver the full set of colour-corrected images plus the retouched selects. Untouched RAW files are not released, as they are working files that do not represent our finished work.
